John Hennessy

John is a highly motivated, results driven individual and certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He is an excellent communicator with a proven track record as a certified trainer. Leading many cross functional teams, he has delivered improvement projects with significant cost savings.
John has 30 years, highly regulated industry experience in printed packaging for food, pharmaceutical and medical device customers. His passion for people development, process improvement and continual improvement drives him to deliver world class training and consultation across all industries.
John is also an experienced project manager. Delivering large scale multimillion dollar machinery installations in global corporations on time and under budget. As an OPEX lead for a global brand in Ireland, he managed multiple projects, budgets, strategic planning and staff development. He has excellent EQ skills, always promoting organisational cultural improvement through lean learning and methodologies.
